Native American Cherokee Made Painted Buffalo Drum with Buffalo and Arrow
This wonderful buffalo hide drum was handcrafted with a 2.5″ wide piece of wood turned into an 18″ round. This spectacular drum is painted with a powerful buffalo standing atop an arrow and surrounded by arrowheads. The buffalo represents good medicine, the fulfillment of powers, and steadfast endurance. The buffalo was the mainstay of the Plains Indians and was used for food as well as shelter, clothing, and weapons. The back of the drum has a leather-wrapped rawhide handle that makes using the drum very comfortable. Complete with beater, Certificate of Authenticity, and drum care instructions.
